► Miller Purdy Architects is in the approval phase for a 150 unit age-targeted community in the Poconos. This community is situated on a beautiful mountain side, just 1.5 hours from Philadelphia and New York City. The community is a mix of single family, twin and townhouse units and is designed around a challenging 80 year-old golf course. A 5,000 sf community center and new pro-shop are planned as well. ► Miller Purdy Architects continues to expand their capabilities into diverse markets. On the boards is a 1,200 unit Continuing Care Retirement Community in Delaware County. This CCRC is located at the site of the former Sleighton Farm School, a beautiful campus with rolling hills and some unique architecture. The Carriage Homes and Villas, 2 of the 4 product types to be built are now under construction. Also to be built are Single Family Homes and Multi-Family Condo buildings.
